The class pages for Freedom High school list all of the different subjects that are taught in the school. When you click on a subject it brings you to a list of all the different teachers in this field. If you click on a teacher's name it brings you to a quick bio about that teacher.
Microsoft has always been a staple for the classroom and teacher productivity. It can be used to create power points, you can use Word to make a study guide or write up a test. Google calendar is a great way to set reminders and keeping all assignments, readings, and homework organized. This will make it easier to keep track of due dates and pace the class.
My favorite part about visiting the tech sandbox was using the VR headset. I was shown an anatomy program that gave you a model of the various systems (nervous, skeletal, etc.) and parts of the body that you could give commands or use your hands to pull it apart piece by piece and see how everything connected. VR in the classroom can give students an opportunity to manipulate different models and get hands on experience with a model or subject in a fun and informative way.
